Fitness Center - Keep yourself in great shape in our well-equipped exercise room. You'll find just what you need to stay fit including: treadmills, upper body conditioners, exercise bikes, free weights, weight bench, and more.
Technology Center - Take a computer class, check your email or surf the internet. Our Technology Center has four computers and printers for your use anytime of the day or night. We also provide a personal email account for our residents. Computer classes are scheduled for interested residents.
Library & Reading Room - Whispering Winds features an outstanding library, loaded with interesting and educational reading and study materials. The comfortable and cozy furnishings and the relaxed atmosphere make this one of the most inviting rooms in our community.
Theatre Room - Enjoy your favorite movies or Monday Night Football with the gang in our comfortable Theatre Room. Our big-screen television is available for individual watching or group events.
Billiards & Game Room - The Billiards Room at Whispering Winds features a stylish and fully equipped billiards table, poker table, and casino table. Join our weekly poker group or invite your friends in for a game or two.
Activity Rooms and Multi-Purpose Rooms - Our community features
a large activity room used for a multitude of programs and events from lectures and presentations to dances and exercise classes. Additionally, we offer two multi-purpose rooms complete with kitchens. These rooms are available for family or group events when not in use by one of our many social groups. You'll also find two card/game rooms for your use. Don't be surprised to find our bridge players, book club, chess club, cribbage players or mah jong group regularly using these amenities.
Putting Green and Resident Gardens - Keep your golfing form on our putting green or work on that green thumb in our resident gardens. Whispering Winds features three raised planting areas for use by our residents.
Gift Shop - Our Gift Shop is run by resident volunteers and offers general sundry items as well as cards, video rentals and a variety of interesting gifts.
