Your safety and security comes first with us. That's why we designed our apartment homes with features that make your life easier and safer.

Each of our apartment homes features an Emergency Call System in every living room, bedroom and bathroom.

All of our bathtubs and showers include handrails to help you stay safe getting in and out. Some of our apartment homes also feature same-level accessible showers with no lip to step over. These showers include additional handrails. Plus, you'll find additional handrails next to the toilet in every bathroom of your home.

FUNCTIONAL SPACE - AND LOTS OF IT

You'll get more out of your home at Whispering Winds, because we thought about how you use your space. You'll find a built-in eating counter off your kitchen, a space that can also be used as desk space. Your kitchen is home-sized with all a double sink and full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, stove, and refrigerator. There's plenty of cabinet space in your kitchen as well. And, you'll find more closet and storage space than you would ever expect in an apartment home, including entry coat closets, extra storage closets, and enlarged "step-in" closets. Many of our apartments also have extra large walk-in closets.

ACCESS

You'll find easy access to cable and telephone services in your apartment home. We feature cable outlets in all bedrooms and living rooms. Telephone outlets are located in all bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens.

COMFORT

Your personal comfort is very important to us. You'll find individually controlled heating and air conditioning units in your home, so you can keep the temperature as warm or cool as you like - the perfect temperature for you. You'll also find wall-to-wall carpeting and extra lighting to add to your comfort and enjoyment of your home. And, enjoy some fresh air on your private balcony or patio.
